SURFACE PREPARATION

* The surfaces to be applied should be clear of grease, dust and dirt.

* Free particles on surfaces should be cleared. Cement slurry on cement surfaces and parts that prevent gluing should be cleared.

MIXTURE PREPARATION

The components A and B should be mixed for at least 3-4 minutes with the aid of a low speed mixer until a homogeneous mixture is obtained, taking into account the mixing ratios. It is ready for application after mixing.

APPLICATION

It can be applied using a brush, roller and blasting. In blasting, water is used for thinning and in 18-20 secs. & at 20 °C degrees get thinned to /DIN CUP4/ viscosity. It can be applied with a gun to provide 35-40 micron dry film. The mixture prepared using brush or roller is ready for application without getting thinned.

APPLICATION CONDITIONS

* The surfaces must have sufficient endurance. In cases where strength is desired, the concrete should endure minimum 25 N/mm² pressure and endure against at least 1,5 N/mm² pull-off strength.

* WG 034 water based hygienic epoxy top coat paint for floor and wall should have completed its curing prior to moving on to the second layer application.

* Application should be avoided under 10°C and in high moisture environments.

* The mixture ratios should be paid attention to.
