USAGE AREAS
It is solvent-free epoxy coating with orange pattern design used in parking lots, stores, factories, assembly workshops, warehouses, airplane hangars, food facilities, hospitals, chemical and pharmaceutical industries, power plants, hygienic units, in all industrial floors, with high mechanical and abrasion resistance, stainless (tea, coffee, ketchup, salt water, detergent water, motor oil, hydraulic oil, 20% caustic solution, 10% acetic acid solution), easy to clean.Type | TS EN 1504-2/ April 2008 Principle 5 (PR): 5 1 Physical Resistance / Surface Improvement Coating Application (C) |

* The surfaces to be applied must be free from oil, dust, and dirty.
* Free parts on the surface, cement grout on concrete surfaces and parts that prevent adhesion must be cleaned.
MIXING PREPARATION
A and B component should be mixed with a low speed mixer for at least 3-4 minutes until a homogenous mixture is obtained by paying attention to mixture ratios. It is ready for application after mixing.
COATING SYSTEM
After finishing the priming process, SC 645 and 0,400-0,500 kg/m² waste is applied as interlayer application with roll or trowell. After 12 hours at 25°C the final coat is applied. The final layer application is spread by using a crestless trowel or mop until a homogeneous thickness is obtained with 0,500-0,600 kg/m² waste, It is polished over with an epoxy roll and patterned with textured roll. To make a faultless coating, a textured roll must be applied in the same direction. Cross application should be avoided. It is recommended to apply PU 125 protective coating with 0,150-0,200 kg/m² waste where high UV resistance is desired
APPLICATION CONDITIONS
* Surface should have sufficient strength. The concrete has a compression strength of at least 25 N/mm², nd a tensile strength of at least 1,5-2 N/mm².
* The surface must be clean and dry. Humidity must not exceed 5%, If the humidity is above this ratio, SC 220 100% Epoxy Primer for humid surfaces used on humid surfaces should be preferred.
* Avoid application in very humid environments and below 10°C.
* Mixing ratios should be considered.
