SURFACE PREPARATION

Free particles and paint residues on the surface must be thoroughly cleaned, brokens and cracks must be repaired, surfaces should be roughened mechanically (blastrack or milling router) and cleaned from vacuum with vacuum cleaner

MIXING PREPARATION

A and B component should be mixed with a low speed mixer for at least 3-4 minutes until a homogenous mixture is obtained by paying attention to mixture ratios. It is ready for application after mixing.

APPLICATION

It can be applied by brush, roller and spray. In spray application, water is used for thinning and it is thinned to viscocity at 18-20 sec/DIN CUP4/20°C. It can be applied with gun to give 35 to 40 micron dry film. The mixture prepared in application with brush or roller is applied without thinning.

APPLICATION CONDITIONS

* Surface should have sufficient strength. The concrete should have a compressive strength of at least 25 N/mm² and a tensile strength of at least 1,5 N/mm².

* WG 032 Water based epoxy primer should be completed its curing before the top coat coating is started

* Avoid application in very humid environments and below 10°C.

* Mixing ratios should be considered.

* Primer should not be used on surfaces without open pores and surfaces that hardener and concrete surface are used.
