USAGE AREAS

It is used as carrier top coat coating of antistatic floor coating system in industrial floors, hospitals, operating rooms, laboratories, production and storage, in the areas of sensitive electrical and electronic equipment where there is a risk of explosion.

The distance should be at least 50 cm the conductivity measuring points on the ground. If there are inadequate points during the measurement, additional measurements should be made within 50 cm of these points. Results of ground conductivity measurements (< 35 MΏ (IEC 61340-4-1) are the values that are considered in the measurement area.

  SURFACE PREPARATION

* The surfaces to be applied must be free from oil, dust, and dirty.

* Free parts on the surface, cement grout on concrete surfaces and parts that prevent adhesion must be cleaned.

MIXING PREPARATION
A and B component should be mixed with a low speed mixer for at least 3-4 minutes until a homogenous mixture is obtained by paying attention to mixture ratios. It is ready for application after mixing.

COATING SYSTEM
Grounding tapes are placed 12 hours later after the SC 325 conductive primer complete its curing. The bands are connected to the main line of the structure. After the SC 470 antistatic epoxy coating mixture has been completed Spread on the surface with roller or combed trowel.
APPLICATION CONDITIONS

* Surface should have sufficient strength. The concrete has a compression strength of at least 25 N/mm², nd a tensile strength of at least 1,5-2 N/mm².

* The surface must be clean and dry. Humidity must not exceed 5%, If the humidity is above this ratio, SC 220 100% Epoxy Primer for humid surfaces used on humid surfaces should be preferred.

* The 325 Epoxy Conductive Primer should be completed its cure before starting the top coat.

* Avoid application in very humid environments and below 10°C.

* Mixing ratios should be considered.
