DEFINITION
USAGE AREAS
It is used on factory and warehouse floors, work areas, loading zones, industrial floors exposed to medium and heavy loads, concrete surfaces, Cement mortars and alumed surfaces, in the repair of normal and very absorbent surfaces, in mounting of dilation profile and in the repair of floor joints.

SURFACE PREPARATION
Free particles and paint residues on the surface should be completely cleaned, surfaces should be roughened mechanically (blastrack or milling cutter) and cleaned with vacuum sweeper
MIXING PREPARATION
A and B component should be mixed with a high speed mixer for at least 3-4 minutes until a homogenous mixture is obtained by taking care of mixing ratios. It is ready for application after mixing. The whole mixed product should be used within 30 minutes.
APPLICATION CONDITIONS
* Surface should have sufficient strength. The concrete has a compression strength of at least 25 N/mm², nd a tensile strength of at least 1,5 N/mm².
* The surface must be clean and dry. SC-215 primer should be applied on absorbent surfaces. Humidity must not exceed 5%, If the humidity is above this ratio, SC 220 100% Epoxy Primer for humid surfaces used on humid surfaces should be preferred.
* The primer should be completed its cure before starting the top coat.
* Avoid application in very humid environments.
* Mixing ratios should be considered.
