FIRE STOP PAINT
DEFINITION
Water based, single component, elastic, waterproof, flame retardant water-based nonflammable paint that can be used both indoors and outdoors, having a low thermal conductivity value, containing micro-ceramic spheres and special incombustibility additives

USAGE AREAS
It is used in all types of concrete, wooden and steel structures, sheetrocks, in inner and outer sides of buildings, roofs and terraces of buildings, fire escape stairs, emergency exit corridors of buildings, hospitals, military facilities, schools, cinemas and theater halls, factory warehouses, busses, electric panels and transformers, cable trays, all kinds of units desired incombustible.

USAGE
The floor to be applied must be cleaned from oil, dirt, rust, dust and all kinds of residues. The fact that the floor is strong and durable affects the performance of the product positively. It is ready to use. Application can be done with brush roll or airless gun.
Before application, the product should be applied as undercoating by diluting with 20% water. Subsequent coats should be applied without diluting the product with water after the primer coat dried for at least 3-4 hours If the application surface is made on external surfaces, It is necessary to protect the product from rain and frost within the first 24 hours for the long life of the product.
There must be 4 hours waiting period at 25°C between the applied coatings.
SECURITY
The product is for professional use. Before use, pay attention to the safety warnings on the package, see the Material Safety Data Sheet if necessary. Do not breathe, avoid skin and eye contact, do not swallow, se appropriate work safety materials. Beside the danger of fire and explosion, necessary precautions are taken in order not to pollute the environment. Apply in well ventilated environments.
TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE
* The product should be stored at 5-35°C.* The product should not be exposed to direct sunlight.
* The opened product should be kept in its package by closing the cover tightly, the opened product should be consumed within maximum one week.

The packaging values reported above are the nominal values standardized by BRV in the formulas. Under normal production conditions, deviations from the standards required by international standards may occur.
