SURFACE PREPARATION

* The surfaces should be roughened with blastrac or diamond grainder on concrete surfaces.

* After priming with SC 215 solvent free epoxy primer on concrete surfaces and with SC 092 epoxy adhesion bridge primer on wooden surfaces, lamination process should be started.

* Other surfaces to be applied should be abraded with suitable sandpaper and cleaned from oil and dust by cleaning thinner.

MIXING PREPARATION

A and B component should be mixed with a low speed mixer for at least 3-4 minutes until a homogenous mixture is obtained by paying attention to mixture ratios. It is ready for application after mixing

APPLICATION CONDITIONS

* Avoid application below 5°C.

* Mixing ratio should be considered.

* It can be applied crosswise to create form at the body.

USAGE METHODS

FIBER LAMINATION

Lamination Plywood should be roughened with appropriate sandpaper and cleaned with acetone. SC 105 Epoxy Fiber Lamination Resin is applied with a brush or roller until the adhesive bridge is formed. The fibers are laid on, polished with aluminum roller, the fiber is thoroughly saturated with resin. Attention should be paid to ensure that the ends of the fibers do not fall outside the lamination surface. Thus, the first layer of fiber lamination is completed. In case of 2nd and 3rd coat fiber lamination, sanding is repeated if the waiting time between coats is upper then 24 hours (at 25°C).
