DEFINITION

Fire Stop intumescent cable paint having a low thermal conductivity value, containing micro ceramic spheres and special incombustibility additives, water-based, one-component, elastic, waterproof, can be used indoors and outdoors, applied to single or multiple cable and cable trays

USAGE METHOD

* The cable and cable tray to be applied should be cleaned from oil, dirt, rust, dust and all kinds of residues.

* Fire stop cgp is ready to use.

* Application can be done with brush roll or airless gun.

* There must be 4 hour waiting time at 25°C between the applied coats.

WASTE

It may vary depending on cable density and application method. Average 1 kg -1.5 kg/m² for cable harness and cable trays (for 1 mm thickness)
