SURFACE PREPARATION
* The sheet trapezium and panels to be applied must be cleaned from oil, dirt, rust, dust and all kinds of residues.
* The application of the surface should be applied in two layers as 0,350-0,400 kg / m2 in one layer or 3 layers in a crosswise manner depending on demand..
* The application surface should be protected from rain and frost for the first 48 hours in terms of long life of the product..
REQUIREMENTS TO BE CONSIDERED ON SURFACES TO BE APPLIED
The sheet trapeze and panel must be completely cleaned of the oil residues that will prevent penetration and bonding of the paint. If there are holes formed due to corrosion on the sheet surfaces to be applied, The pierced surfaces should be closed with impregnated fiber and after drying, coat application should be started. Since rusty surfaces have better adhesion of the product, there is no problem in direct application. Applied surfaces should be protected from rain and frost for at least 48 hours. Application should not be done in the weather with rain and snow.
