SURFACE PREPARATION
The surface to be applied must be completed its curing for 28 days. The surface must be cleaned from oil, dirt, rust, dust and all kinds of residues. Acid-containing cleaners should not use since it will degrade the surface properties of the concrete floor to be applied.
APPLICATION CONDITIONS
The product is ready for use and the roughness is mechanically removed or impregnated directly onto the polished concrete surfaces with a brush roller or soft microfiber pads. The product should be distributed homogeneously so as not to cause ponding on the surface. It can be used as a protective top coat to increase the shine and water impermeability on finished surfaces mechanically polished. Upon final application, polish with wool pens can be made. The applied surface should be protected from rain or snow for at least 72 hours. The maximum water resistance and stain resistance of the product should be tested after at least 7 days. Further cleaning of the applied surfaces with non-acidic (Ph 7) cleaning products for subsequent maintenance and cleaning will ensure the mechanical and luster performance of the product for many years. Surface cleaning should be done with microfiber pads and dry powder pad.
