This two-component, solvent-based epoxy resin road marking paint is developed to provide high adhesion and superior mechanical strength on asphalt and concrete surfaces. It forms a hard, abrasion-resistant, and long-lasting film layer on the applied surface.
It maintains the permanence of lines and markings in areas exposed to heavy vehicle and forklift traffic. Thanks to its solvent-based structure, it provides strong penetration into the surface and offers high adhesion performance, especially on concrete and asphalt surfaces. SURFACE PREPARATION
* The surfaces to be applied should be cleaned from all kinds of dirt, dust, oil and grease.
* It should not be used without roughening on the surface that curing material is used for concrete surface protection.
MIXING PREPARATION
A and B component should be mixed with a low speed mixer for at least 3-4 minutes until a homogenous mixture is obtained by paying attention to mixture ratios. It is ready for application after mixing.
APPLICATION METHODS
It can be applied by brush, roller and spray. In spray application, Thinsol AC 055 epoxy thinner is used for thinning.
APPLICATION CONDITIONS
*Avoid application in very humid environments and below 5°C.
* Discoloration may ocur in environments where exposed to direct sunlight but it does not adversely affect the mechanical strength performance of the product.
