PROTECT PU 775 • Polyurethane Transparent Protective Coating
DESCRIPTION
A two-component, solvent-based, aliphatic polyurethane transparent protective coating.
AREAS OF USE
Used as a dust-preventing coating on concrete surfaces, as a protective layer on epoxy and polyurethane floors, and as an anticorrosive coating on wood and metal surfaces. It protects surfaces from UV rays and adverse weather conditions as a polyurethane transparent coating.

SURFACE PREPARATION
All loose particles, paint residues, oil, and dirt must be completely removed from the surface. Cracks and fissures must be repaired, and the surface must be roughened before application.
MIXTURE PREPARATION
Components A and B must be mixed at the specified ratio using a low-speed mixer until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Mix for at least 3-4 minutes. The mixture is ready for application after mixing.
APPLICATION CONDITIONS
* Surfaces must be free of moisture and dust.
* Avoid application in temperatures below 10°C and in very humid environments.
* Adhere strictly to mixing ratios.
* Relative humidity should not exceed 70% during application.

Do not inhale, avoid contact with skin and eyes, and do not swallow. Use appropriate personal protective equipment. Take necessary precautions to prevent fire and explosion hazards, as well as environmental contamination. Apply in well-ventilated areas.
TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE
* The product should be stored between 5-35°C.
* The product should not be exposed to direct sunlight.
* Opened products should be stored in their original packaging with the lid tightly closed. Opened products should be consumed within a maximum of one week.
