PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

PROTECT AC 775 is a two-component, solvent-based epoxy-based varnish. When applied, it forms a durable, transparent, and protective layer on the surface. It provides high resistance to mechanical wear, chemicals, and moisture. After curing, it offers a glossy, hard, and long-lasting protective finish.

Implementation

SURFACE PREPARATION

The surfaces to be applied should be cleaned with acetone and free from oil and dust.

MIXING PREPARATION

A and B component should be mixed with a low speed mixer for at least 3-4 minutes until a homogenous mixture is obtained by paying attention to mixture ratios. It is ready for application after mixing.

APPLICATION CONDITIONS

Avoid application in very humid environments and below 10°C
