SURFACE PREPARATION
The surface must be completely cleaned of loose particles and paint residues, cracks and breaks must be repaired, surfaces must be mechanically roughened (by blasting or milling) and dust removed with a vacuum cleaner.
MIXING PREPARATION
Components A and B must be mixed using a low-speed mixer for at least 3-4 minutes until a homogeneous mixture is obtained, paying attention to the mixing ratios. The mixture is ready for application after mixing.
APPLICATION
It can be applied by brush, roller, or spray. For spray application, water is used for thinning and thinned to 18-20 seconds /DIN CUP4/ 20°C viscosity. It can be applied with a spray gun to give a dry film of 35-40 microns. For brush or roller application, the prepared mixture is applied without thinning.
APPLICATION CONDITIONS
* Surfaces must have sufficient strength. In situations requiring high strength, the concrete must have a compressive strength of at least 25 N/mm² and a tensile strength of at least 1.5 N/mm².
* The WG 032 water-based epoxy primer must be fully cured before applying the top coat.
* Application should be avoided below 10°C and in very humid environments.
* Attention should be paid to mixing ratios.
