Product Description:
This two-component, low-viscosity, solvent-free epoxy primer is a strong and reliable primer solution for industrial floors and concrete surfaces. Its solvent-free formula is environmentally friendly and user-friendly, offering low odor and safe working conditions during application. It provides excellent adhesion to the surface, creating a solid base for epoxy or polyurethane topcoats. Thanks to its low viscosity, it easily penetrates absorbent or normal surfaces such as concrete, cementitious mortar, and screed, providing a homogeneous coating.
Areas of application:
This epoxy primer is suitable for use on industrial floors subjected to medium to heavy loads, such as factory and warehouse floors, work areas, and loading zones. It can be safely applied to concrete, cementitious mortar, screed surfaces, and epoxy-based mortars. It can also be used as a primer before applying epoxy or polyurethane top coatings to improve their adhesion and durability.

SURFACE PREPARATION
Free particles and paint residues on the surface must be thoroughly cleaned, brokens and cracks must be repaired, surfaces should be roughened mechanically (blastrack or milling router) and cleaned from vacuum with vacuum cleaner
MIXING PREPARATION
A and B component should be mixed with a low speed mixer for at least 3-4 minutes until a homogenous mixture is obtained by paying attention to mixture ratios. It is ready for application after mixing.
APPLICATION CONDITIONS
* Surface should have sufficient strength. The concrete should have a compressive strength of at least 25 N/mm² and a tensile strength of at least 1,5 N/mm².
* Surfaces must be clean, smooth and dry. Humid is not pass 5%. If the humidity is above this ratio, SC 220 Epoxy Prime for Humid Surfaces should be preferred.
* The SC 215 should be completed its curing before the top coat coating is started.
* Avoid application in very humid environments and below 5°C.
