PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

This two-component, low-viscosity epoxy-based wood bonding bridge is a specialized pre-coating system developed to provide superior adhesion between wood and concrete surfaces.

Thanks to its low viscosity, it deeply penetrates the pores of the wood surface, creating a robust bond between the substrate and the material to be bonded. It exhibits excellent performance in fiber laminations or other bonding processes applied over wooden surfaces.

Upon curing, it provides high mechanical strength and ensures the bonded element fully adheres to the surface.

Implementation

SURFACE PREPARATION

*The free particles on the surface should be completely cleaned and mechanically the surfaces should be roughened with sandpaper and cleaned from dust.

MIXING PREPARATION

A and B component should be mixed with a low speed mixer for at least 3-4 minutes until a homogenous mixture is obtained by paying attention to mixture ratios. It is ready for application after mixing.

APPLICATION CONDITIONS

* Surface should have sufficient strength.

* The surface must be clean and dry. Humidity must not exceed 5%.

* The SC 092 Epoxy adhesion bridge must have been completed ıts curing before the top coat is applied.

* Avoid application in very humid environments and below 5°C.

* Mixing ratios should be considered.
