Two-component, solvent-based epoxy resin-based topcoat paint.
Product Description:
This two-component, solvent-based epoxy resin topcoat paint is developed to provide high performance on industrial floor and wall surfaces. Thanks to its special formula, it forms a hard, durable, and abrasion-resistant film layer on the surface.
Its high mechanical strength ensures long-lasting use in areas exposed to heavy pedestrian and equipment traffic. Its solvent-based composition allows for strong penetration and offers high adhesion performance on concrete and metal surfaces. It creates a smooth, hygienic surface that is easy to clean.
It offers a topcoat solution resistant to chemicals, impacts, and abrasion in industrial environments.

SURFACE PREPARATION
The surfaces to be primed need to be cleared of all types of rust, roller shell, dirt, dust, oil and grease. Sand blasting at least SA 2½ level, in accordance with the Swedish standard SIS 05 59 00, is especially suggested for surface cleaning. For surface roughness, abrasives should be used to provide Medium G 30-85 micron level and meet ISO 8503-2.
MIXTURE PREPARATION
Using a low speed mixer, it should be mixed for at least 3-4 minutes to attain an homogeneous mixture while paying attention to A and B component mixture rates. It is ready for application after mixing.
COATING SYSTEM
It can be applied using a brush, roller or blasting. In application using blasting, thinner is used for thinning. The paint thinned at20°C for 18-20 secs to /DIN CUP4/ viscosity can be applied on metal using a gun to provide 35-40 micron dry film. The mixture prepared by brush or roller does not need thinning before moving on to application.
APPLICATION CONDITIONS
*Application should be avoided below 5°C and in extremely humid conditions
* Yellowing may occur when subjected to direct sunlight however it doesn’t
* adversely impact the product’s prevention performance.
