Product Description:
This two-component, solvent-free epoxy primer is specifically developed for use on 100% damp and wet concrete surfaces. It creates a moisture barrier, preventing surface moisture from reaching the topcoat and penetrating deep into hairline cracks in the concrete to ensure strong adhesion. Its solvent-free formula makes it environmentally friendly and user-friendly, offering safe and easy application. These properties make it an ideal base coat for epoxy, polyurethane, and polyurea coatings.

This epoxy primer can be used on factory and warehouse floors, work areas, loading zones, and industrial floors subjected to medium to heavy loads. SURFACE PREPARATION
Free particles and paint residues on the surface must be thoroughly cleaned, brokens and cracks must be repaired, surfaces should be roughened mechanically (blastrack or milling router) and cleaned from vacuum with vacuum cleaner.
MIXING PREPARATION
A and B component should be mixed with a low speed mixer for at least 3-4 minutes until a homogenous mixture is obtained by paying attention to mixture ratios. It is ready for application after mixing.
APPLICATION CONDITIONS
* Surface should have sufficient strength. The concrete should have a compressive strength of at least 25 N/mm² and a tensile strength of at least 1,5 N/mm²..
* The SC 220 Epoxy Prime for 100% Humid Surfaces should be completed its curing before the top coat coating is started.
* Avoid application below 5°C.
* Mixing ratios should be considered.
