SURFACE PREPARATION

* Concrete surfaces should be roughened with a blastrak or diamond grinder.

* Concrete surfaces should be primed with SC 215 solvent-free epoxy primer, and wooden surfaces with SC 092 epoxy adhesion bridge primer before proceeding with lamination.

* Other surfaces to be coated should be sanded with 80-120 grit sandpaper and cleaned of oil and dust with cleaning thinner.

* Any loose areas on the surfaces that may weaken the adhesion of the resin should be scraped off.

MIXING PREPARATION

Components A and B should be mixed using a low-speed mixer for at least 3-4 minutes until a homogeneous mixture is obtained, paying attention to the mixing ratios. The mixture is ready for application after mixing.

APPLICATION CONDITIONS

* Application below 10°C should be avoided.

* The mixing ratio must be carefully observed.

* It can be applied in cross layers to create a form on the body.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

FIBER LAMINATION

Laminating plywood should be roughened with 80-120 grit sandpaper and cleaned with acetone. Apply sufficient SC 105 Epoxy Fiber Lamination Resin with a brush or roller to create an adhesion bridge, then lay the fibers on top. Smooth the surface with an aluminum roller until the fibers are thoroughly saturated with resin. Ensure that the fiber ends do not extend beyond the lamination surface. This completes the first layer of fiber lamination. If a second or third layer of fiber lamination is required, and more than 24 hours (at 25°C) pass between layers, repeat the sanding process.
