Product Description:
This two-component, solvent-free epoxy resin-based repair and mortar is developed for repair, filling, and strengthening industrial floors requiring high mechanical strength.
Thanks to its special formula, it forms a dense and durable structure with high compressive, impact, and abrasive resistance on the applied surface. It provides strong adhesion to concrete, cementitious mortar, and screed surfaces. It offers a robust and long-lasting repair solution by performing effectively on normal and highly absorbent surfaces.
It can be safely used in areas subjected to medium and heavy loads. After curing, it provides high compressive strength and dimensional stability, minimizing the risk of cracking and separation on the surface.

SURFACE PREPARATION
Free particles and paint residues on the surface should be completely cleaned, surfaces should be roughened mechanically (blastrack or milling cutter) and cleaned with vacuum sweeper
MIXING PREPARATION
A and B component should be mixed with a high speed mixer for at least 3-4 minutes until a homogenous mixture is obtained by taking care of mixing ratios. It is ready for application after mixing. The whole mixed product should be used within 30 minutes.
APPLICATION CONDITIONS
* Surface should have sufficient strength. The concrete has a compression strength of at least 25 N/mm², nd a tensile strength of at least 1,5 N/mm².
* The surface must be clean and dry. SC-215 primer should be applied on absorbent surfaces. Humidity must not exceed 5%, If the humidity is above this ratio, SC 220 100% Epoxy Primer for humid surfaces used on humid surfaces should be preferred.
* The primer should be completed its cure before starting the top coat.
* Avoid application in very humid environments.
* Mixing ratios should be considered.
