Two-component, solvent-free, thixotropic epoxy filler lightweight putty.
Product Description:
This two-component, solvent-free, thixotropic epoxy filler lightweight putty is a specialized repair and filling material developed for structural repair, leveling, and insulation applications thanks to its high filling power and low density.
Its thixotropic formula allows for application in high thicknesses on vertical surfaces without sagging. Its low density prevents extra load on the surface during thick fillings. It does not shrink in volume and can be easily sanded after curing.
Its suitability for application even in humid and rainy environments, and its suitability for underwater and above-water use, make it ideal for use in challenging construction site conditions. It provides long-lasting performance on horizontal and vertical surfaces requiring chemical resistance.
It can also be used as a surface leveling and structural strengthening putty before lamination of composite systems such as carbon fiber and aramid fiber in concrete columns.
Areas of application:
- Underground metal and concrete pipelines for cooling towers in power plants
- Insulation applications at pipe joints
- Restoration works of historical buildings
- Wastewater treatment plants
- Repair of concrete pipes and structural elements
- Filling of corners, cracks and expansion joints
- Wall and ceiling surfaces
- Model and mold production
- Wooden surfaces

SURFACE PREPARATION
Free particles and paint residues on the surface must be thoroughly cleaned, surfaces should be roughened mechanically (blastrack or milling router) and cleaned from vacuum with vacuum cleaner.
MIXING PREPARATION
A and B component should be mixed with a low speed mixer for at least 3-4 minutes until a homogenous mixture is obtained by paying attention to mixture ratios.
APPLICATION CONDITIONS
* Surface should have sufficient strength. The concrete should have a compressive strength of at least 25 N/mm² and a tensile strength of at least 1,5 N/mm².
* Epoxy putty should be completed its curing before the top coat coating is started.
* Avoid application in very humid environments and below 10°C. p>* Mixing ratios should be considered.
