ASFALT PAINT TOP COAT • Water-Based Acrylic Transparent Surface Protector
DESCRIPTION
A single-component, water-based, transparent glossy top coat based on acrylic resins. It protects single or two-component colored asphalt coatings from harsh weather conditions, mechanical impacts, and UV rays. By forming cross-links on the asphalt surface, it provides excellent adhesion, high mechanical strength, and a waterproof, crack-resistant finish.
AREAS OF USE
It is used as a transparent protective top coat to provide waterproofing and protection against weather conditions, mechanical effects, and UV rays for:

Colored asphalt surfaces painted with single or two-component products.

Concrete floors requiring a protective clear coat.
SURFACE PREPARATION

All oil, dirt, and any residues that prevent absorption must be completely removed from the application surfaces.

Any loose particles on the surface must be cleared.
APPLICATION CONDITIONS
Asfalt Paint Top Coat should be mixed with water at a 1:1 ratio using a low-speed mixer until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. It is applied in two coats using a brush, roller, or airless spray, with an intercoat interval of 4-6 hours at 25°C.

The full drying time and opening to light pedestrian traffic is 24 hours after application.

Application should be avoided in environments below 10°C or in highly humid conditions.

When applying over newly painted asphalt, ensure the surface is completely dry.

During and after application, the floor must be protected from adverse weather conditions such as rain, hail, and snow for 24 hours.
SAFETY
Before use, please pay attention to the safety warnings on the packaging; if necessary, refer to the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS). Do not inhale, avoid contact with skin and eyes, and do not swallow. Use appropriate occupational safety equipment. Take necessary precautions against fire and explosion hazards, as well as environmental pollution. Apply in well-ventilated areas.
TRANSPORTATION and STORAGE

The product should be stored between 5-35°C.

The product must not be exposed to direct sunlight.

Opened products should be stored in their original packaging with the lid tightly closed.
