DEFINITION

Two component MMA resin repair and anchorage mortar used in fast repair where there is high performance heavy duty traffic or where potholes and cracks formed on floors affected by excessive chemical substances should be opened immediately in traffic.

USAGE AREAS

It is used in all kinds of industrial areas, manufacturing and storage, airports, harbors, shipyards, factories, car parks, playgrounds, all kinds of sports grounds, amphitheater and also also used for fast installation of machines and traffic sign boards.

Implementation

SURFACE PREPARATIN

Free particles and paint residues on the surface must be thoroughly cleaned, brokens and cracks must be repaired, surfaces are roughened, should be free from dust, oil and dirty, rust of steel surfaces with vacuum cleaner

MIXING PREPARATION

A and B component should be mixed with a low speed mixer, trowel or scraper for at least 3-4 minutes until a homogenous mixture is obtained by paying attention to mixture ratios. It is ready for application after mixing

APPLICATION CONDITIONS

* Surface should have sufficient strength. The concrete has a compression strength of at least 25 N/mm², nd a tensile strength of at least 1,5 N/mm².

* Avoid application in very humid environments and below 10°C.

* Mixing ratios should be considered.
