SURFACE PREPARATION
Prior to applying the primer coat, free particles in the surface, lime and chlorine residues in pool applications, paint residues, oil, dirt and dust must be thoroughly cleaned, brokens and cracks must be repaired and the surface must be absolutely roughened by corundum before application
MIXING PREPARATION
A and B component should be mixed with a low speed mixer for at least 3-4 minutes until a homogenous mixture is obtained by paying attention to mixture ratios. It is ready for application after mixing.
APPLICATION CONDITIONS
The surfaces must be free from humid and dirty
* Avoid application in very humid environments and below 10°C.
* Mixing ratios should be considered.
* Relative humidity must not exceed 70% when applied.
** If the application surface completes the 7 day chemical resistance period, Poliflex PU 126 Polyurethane Flexible Paint should be applied in 2 coats. 1st coat should be applied as primer coat with maximum 100 gr/m2 waste by thinning with 10% PU 012 Polyurethane Thinner. On 2nd coat, Poliflex PU 126 Polyurethane Flexible Paint application should be started.
