Two-Component, Solvent-Free Epoxy Wood Adhesive
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
BRV SC 102 is a two-component, solvent-free epoxy-based wood adhesive. It has been specifically developed for the high-strength and permanent bonding of wooden surfaces to each other or to different substrates such as concrete and metal.
Thanks to its specialized formula, BRV SC 102 exhibits excellent bonding performance even on damp surfaces. Upon curing, it provides high mechanical strength and integrates with the applied surface to form a durable, resilient bond. It can also be used safely in wood lamination processes.

SURFACE PREPARATION
The surfaces are abraded with 80-120 sand sandpaper, Cleaned with thinner. The oiled trees should be thoroughly wiped with acetone before being bonded. The evaporation of the solvent should be allowed without going to the bonding process. If laminating is to be done on the concrete, the surface should be roughened with blastrac or diamond grainder and after priming SC 092 Epoxy adhesion bridge primer with prime, lamination should be started.
MIXING PREPARATION
A and B component should be mixed with a low speed mixer for at least 3-4 minutes until a homogenous mixture is obtained by paying attention to mixture ratios. It is ready for application after mixing.
APPLICATION CONDITIONS
* Avoid application below 10°C.
* Mixing ratio should be considered.
* SC 102 Epoxy Wood Adhesive adheres almost all materials prepared directly except thermoplastics such as PVC and polypropylene. Do not use on GRP surfaces that are not fully cured.
USAGE METHOD
WOOD LAMINATION
The SC 092 Epoxy Adhesive Bridge, a wood preservative, is used to enhance resistance to wood-destroying microorganisms. SC 092 Epoxy Adhesion Bridge is applied by brush or roller. SC 102 Epoxy Wood Adhesive is applied to wood parts with a brush or roller, and if there are deep gaps in the wood, MRN 740 Microfiber can be added to increase the consistency of the product. Wood parts are bonded one by one with bench clamps. Bench clamps can be opened at 25 ° C in 5-12 hours
WOODEN PLYWOOD LAMINATION
The SC 092 Epoxy Adhesive Bridge, a wood preservative, is used to increase resistance to wood-destroying microorganisms. SC 092 Epoxy Adhesion Bridge is applied enough by brush or roller. For applications that last 24 hours (25°C), the surface should be roughened with appropriate sandpaper and cleaned with acetone. In the application of plywood lamination, a mixture of SC 102 Epoxy Wood Adhesive is applied to the surface enough, MRN 740 Microfiber can be added to increase the consistency of the product if there are deep gaps in the wood. The pieces of plywood lamination are fixed to the lamination surface with individual plastic punches. For applications that last 24 hours (at 25 ° C), they should be roughened with appropriate sandpaper and cleaned with acetone
