TWO-COMPONENT, SOLVENT-FREE, HIGH-STRENGTH, APPLICABLE TO 100% DAMP SURFACES, CHEMICAL-RESISTANT AND HYGIENIC EPOXY GROUT AND CERAMIC ADHESIVE
Public Works Item No: 04.380/013
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
A two-component, solvent-free, and high-strength epoxy-based joint filler (grout) and ceramic adhesive. Thanks to its specialized formula that can be applied even on 100% damp surfaces, it can be used safely in challenging site conditions.
It exhibits high resistance to chemicals and forms a hard, compact, and hygienic surface after curing. It maintains its performance in environments exposed to constant water and moisture. Its thixotropic structure prevents sagging on vertical surfaces, providing a secure and controlled application.
It creates superior adhesion on concrete, natural stone, aerated concrete, and ceramic surfaces. It does not undergo volumetric shrinkage, prevents crack formation, and ensures long-lasting durability.
AREAS OF USE
-
Concrete and aerated concrete (AAC) surfaces.
-

SURFACE PREPARATION
The surfaces must be free from oil and dirty.
MIXING PREPARATION
A and B component should be mixed with a low speed mixer for at least 3-4 minutes until a homogenous mixture is obtained by paying attention to mixture ratios. It is ready for application after mixing.
APPLICATION CONDITIONS
* Avoid application below 10°C.
* Mixing ratios should be considered.
* The excess material adhered to the ceramic or faience should be cleaned with hot water without waiting drying.
