TWO-COMPONENT, SOLVENT-FREE, THIXOTROPIC EPOXY LIGHTWEIGHT FILLER
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
This two-component, solvent-free, and thixotropic epoxy lightweight filler is a specialized repair and filling material developed for structural repair, leveling, and insulation applications, thanks to its high filling power and low density.
Its thixotropic formula allows for high-thickness applications on vertical surfaces without sagging. Due to its low density, it does not add extra load to the surface in thick fillings. It does not undergo volumetric shrinkage and can be easily sanded after curing.
It can be used safely in challenging construction site conditions, as it can be applied in damp or even rainy environments and is suitable for both underwater and above-water use. It provides long-lasting performance on horizontal and vertical surfaces requiring chemical resistance.
Additionally, it can be used as a surface leveling and structural strengthening putty prior to the lamination of composite systems, such as carbon fiber and aramid fiber, on concrete columns.

SURFACE PREPARATION
Free particles and paint residues on the surface must be thoroughly cleaned, surfaces should be roughened mechanically (blastrack or milling router) and cleaned from vacuum with vacuum cleaner.
MIXING PREPARATION
A and B component should be mixed with a low speed mixer for at least 3-4 minutes until a homogenous mixture is obtained by paying attention to mixture ratios.
APPLICATION CONDITIONS
* Surface should have sufficient strength. The concrete should have a compressive strength of at least 25 N/mm² and a tensile strength of at least 1,5 N/mm².
* Epoxy putty should be completed its curing before the top coat coating is started.
* Avoid application in very humid environments and below 10°C. p>* Mixing ratios should be considered.
