3-Component, Solvent-Free, Flowable Epoxy Repair, Anchoring and Mounting Mortar
Public Works Item No: 04.379/H05
Product Description:
This is a three-component, solvent-free, fluid epoxy-based repair and anchoring mortar. It is developed for applications requiring high mechanical strength, strong adhesion, and structural integrity.
Thanks to its fluid structure, it penetrates cracks and voids, integrating with the surface. After curing, it provides high compressive, tensile, and adhesion strength, creating a monolithic structure between the applied element and the concrete. It does not shrink in volume and maintains its stability under heavy loads.
It provides excellent adhesion to concrete, stone, marble, and metal surfaces. It can be safely used in structural reinforcement and anchoring applications. Its solvent-free formula allows for safe application and can be easily applied indoors.
Areas of application:
- Repair and insulation of concrete cracks
- Fixing of anchor elements
- Structural strengthening applications
- Rebar insertion in concrete floors
- Fixing of rebar
- Mounting and fixing of machinery to the ground
- Mounting of built-in products to concrete surfaces
- Bolt and pin anchoring applications
- Fixing of train, tram and metro rails
- Installation of railings and heavy metal constructions
- Adhesion operations on concrete, stone, marble and metal surfaces
Key Features:
- 3-component high-performance epoxy system
- Fluid consistency – penetrates cracks and voids
- High compressive and tensile strength
- Strong adhesion (concrete, metal, stone, marble)
- No volumetric shrinkage
- Resistant to heavy loads and vibrations
- Solvent-free and safe application
- Ideal for structural reinforcement and anchoring

SURFACE PREPARATION
Free particles and paint residues on the surface must be thoroughly cleaned, surfaces should be roughened mechanically (blastrack or milling router) and cleaned from dust, oil and dirty with vacuum cleaner, Anchorage holes should be cleaned with compressed air at sowing sprout.
MIXING PREPARATION
After A and B component should be mixed with trowell, scrapper or low speed mixer for at least 3-4 minutes until a homogenous mixture is obtained by paying attention to mixture ratios, component C, which is powder aggregate, is added slowly to mixture and it should be continued to mix until it is completely homogeneous. It is ready for application after mixing.
APPLICATION CONDITIONS
* Surface should have sufficient strength. The concrete should have a compressive strength of at least 25 N/mm² and a tensile strength of at least 1,5 N/mm².
* Avoid application in very humid environments and below 5°C.
* Mixing ratios should be considered.
* In general purpose bonding applications the product must be applied to both surfaces and press and must not be moved until it is completely dry. The holes should be well cleaned with compressed air, brush or vacuum cleaner at fixing of the iron sprouts. The holes are filled with 2/3 mixture of finished product and the iron sprouts are fixed to the holes by turning in one direction. A small amount product should flow out of hole. If the product is missing and does not flow out of the hole, the iron sprouts must be removed from the place and product addition should be made and operation must be performed in the same manner.
* Solvent free
* Because of its fluid consistency, it provides easy application on floors.
* Metal and steel components provide excellent adhesion to concrete.
* 7 days after completing the reaction, resistant to salt water solutions, diluted acids, bases, mineral oils and benzine.
* It is water impermeable with high mechanical strength.
* Provides strong adherence between metal and concrete.
* During sowing sprout, it is easily wrapped to iron and provides anticorrosive protection.
