Product Description:


This two-component, solvent-free epoxy resin-based self-leveling coating is a high-performance and durable coating system developed for industrial floors. Thanks to its self-leveling structure, it creates a smooth, homogeneous, and aesthetically pleasing surface. Its high mechanical strength and abrasion resistance provide superior durability against heavy pedestrian and vehicle traffic, heavy loads, and demanding working conditions. Its solvent-free formula ensures safety for the environment and user health, and offers a comfortable working environment during application. Its easy-to-clean and hygienic properties make it an ideal solution, especially in areas requiring high hygiene standards.

Areas of application:


This self-leveling epoxy coating can be safely used in factories, assembly plants, warehouses, aircraft hangars, shops, parking lots, food processing facilities, hospitals, chemical and pharmaceutical industries, power plants, and all industrial areas where hygiene is required. It can be applied as the top coat in multilayer systems, or as a standalone solvent-free self-leveling epoxy coating.

* Surface should have sufficient strength. The concrete has a compression strength of at least 25 N/mm², nd a tensile strength of at least 1,5-2 N/mm².

* The surface must be clean and dry. Humidity must not exceed 5%, If the humidity is above this ratio, SC 220 100% Epoxy Primer for humid surfaces used on humid surfaces should be preferred.

* The primer must have been completed its curing before the top coat application is started.

* Avoid application in very humid environments and below 10°C.

* Mixing ratios should be considered.

COATING SYSTEM

Floor coating with roll:

* Primer : 1 coat PRIMER SC 215 Solvent Free Epoxy Prime

* Coating : 2 coats SC 650/ST Solvent Free Epoxy Coating

Wall and ceiling coating with roll:

* Primer : 1 coat PRIMER SC 215 Solvent Free Epoxy Prime

* Coating : 2 coats SC 650-ST Solvent Free Epoxy Coating Thickener (Silica 1) is added in the standard product up to 0.5% of the total mixture.

Self leveling coating 1 mm:

* Primer : 1 coat PRIMER SC 215 Solvent Free Epoxy Prime

* Top Coat Coating : 1 coat SC 650-ST Solvent Free Epoxy Coating

Self leveling coating 1,5-3,0 mm :

* Primer r : 1 coat PRIMER SC 215 Solvent Free Epoxy Prime

1 coat SC 650-ST Solvent Free Epoxy Coating Thickener (Silica 1) is added in the standard product up to 0.5% of the total mixture.

When high UV resistance is desired:

* PU 125 protective coating is recommended as topcoat.

 

Before preparing the mixture component A should be mixed with a low-speed mixer (300-400 rpm) until the product is completely homogeneous, B-Component must be completely poured into Component A taking care of mixture ratio and the product should be mixed for at least 2 minutes until homogeneous. Thickener (Silica 1) is added in the prepared SC 650-ST standard product up to 0.5% of the total mixture and the product should be ready for application by mixing for coating of walls and ceilings to be applied with rolls.
