SURFACE PREPARATION

Free particles and paint residues on the surface must be thoroughly cleaned, brokens and cracks must be repaired, surfaces should be roughened mechanically (blastrack or milling router) and cleaned from vacuum with vacuum cleaner. After priming with SC 215 Multipurpose Epoxy Primer, Conductive copper tapes are glued on the surface intercoat applied and on the surface, SC 325 Epoxy conductive primer must be polished with roller by stripping with plain trowel maximum of 0,150 kg – 0,200 kg per square meter.

MIXING PREPARATION

A and B component should be mixed with a low speed mixer for at least 3-4 minutes until a homogenous mixture is obtained by paying attention to mixture ratios. It is ready for application after mixing.

APPLICATION CONDITIONS

* Surface should have sufficient strength. The concrete should have a compressive strength of at least 25 N/mm² and a tensile strength of at least 1,5 N/mm².

* The SC 325 Epoxy Based Conductive Primer should be completed its curing before the top coat coating is started.

* Avoid application in very humid environments and below 10°C.

* Mixing ratios should be considered.
