Two-component, low-viscosity epoxy impregnation primer.
Product Description:
This two-component, solvent-based, low-viscosity epoxy resin-based impregnation primer is designed to create a strong and durable base coat on concrete surfaces. Thanks to its low viscosity, it penetrates deeply into the surface, filling the capillary pores and giving the concrete a fuller appearance. Its solvent-based formula ensures excellent adhesion to the surface during application and enhances the performance of topcoats.
Areas of application:
This epoxy impregnation primer is applied specifically to concrete surfaces and creates a smooth and durable surface by filling capillary pores. When used as a primer, it ensures the adhesion and longevity of topcoat epoxy or polyurethane coatings. It can be safely used in industrial, commercial, and construction applications.
Key Features:
- Deep penetration into the surface with low viscosity
- Provides surface fullness by filling the capillary pores of concrete
- Strong adhesion and high durability with solvent-based formula
- Ideal base coat for topcoat epoxy or polyurethane coatings
- Reliable performance on industrial and commercial concrete surfaces

SURFACE PREPARATION
Free particles and paint residues on the surface must be thoroughly cleaned, surfaces should be roughened mechanically (blastrack or milling router) and cleaned from vacuum with vacuum cleaner.
MIXING PREPARATION
and B component should be mixed with a low speed mixer for at least 3-4 minutes until a homogenous mixture is obtained by paying attention to mixture ratios. It is ready for application after mixing.

MIXING PREPARATION A and B component should be mixed with a low speed mixer for at least 3-4 minutes until a homogenous mixture is obtained by paying attention to mixture ratios. It is ready for application after mixing. APPLICATION CONDITIONS Surface should have sufficient strength. The concrete should have a compressive strength of at least 25 N/mm² and a tensile strength of at least 1,5 N/mm². Surfaces must be clean, smooth and dry. Humid is not pass 5%. If the humidity is above this ratio, SC 220 Epoxy Prime for Humid Surfaces should be preferred. Ü The SC 270 Low Viscocity Epoxy Impregnated Primer should be completed its curing before the top coat coating is started. Avoid application in very humid environments and below 10°C. Mixing ratios should be considered. Products that can be used upper this product:
