SURFACE PREPARATION

* Surfaces to be coated must be free of oil, dust, and dirt.

* Loose particles on the surface must be removed. Cement slurry and particles that prevent adhesion on concrete surfaces must be removed.

MIXING PREPARATION

Components A and B should be mixed using a low-speed mixer for at least 3-4 minutes, paying attention to the mixing ratios, until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. The mixture is ready for application after mixing.

APPLICATION

It can be applied by brush, roller, or spray. For spray application, water is used for thinning and the mixture is thinned to viscosity of 18-20 seconds /DIN CUP4/ at 20°C. It can be applied with a spray gun to give a dry film of 35-40 microns. For brush or roller application, the prepared mixture is applied without thinning.

APPLICATION CONDITIONS

* Surfaces must have sufficient strength. In situations requiring high strength, the compressive strength of the concrete should be at least 25 N/mm², and the tensile strength at least 1.5 N/mm².

* Before applying the second coat, the WG 034 water-based hygienic epoxy floor and wall topcoat must have completed its curing.
* Avoid application below 10°C and in very humid environments.
* Pay attention to the mixing ratios.
